    When will my order ship? Do you offer rush delivery options?

    Your order will ship within 48 hours if it is NOT a gift box. Depending on stock and QTY, your gift box's will ship within 5 business days of purchase. If you have an in hands date, please email us at info@blissfully-broke.com. We will always work to meet a deadline. We will ship via the lowest USPS Priority Rate possible unless you contact us and instruct us to do otherwise!

     How will my packages arrive?

    All gift boxes are uniquely wrapped coordinating ribbon and a floral accent. If these are going directly to your recipient, specify this at checkout and we will add a hand written note of your choice!  **check out our specialty card add on's for $1.50, otherwise a Blissfully Broke stationary card will accompany your gift at no extra charge!**

    Can I add an item to a pre made box?

    Absolutely! Email info@blissfully-broke.com before you purchase the box and we will set up a custom box purchase for you! 

    How do you calculate shipping?

    Shipping is calculated based on size and weight of the shipping container. All gift boxes are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail or USPS 2 day. If your order does not contain a gift box, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. **Orders of 5 or more gift boxes need to be given a custom freight estimate, see below**

    What is your return policy?

    All gift box orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order arrives and you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied! All extra item such as baby apparel, accessories and home goods are refundable up to 30 days after you receive them as long as they are in their original condition. 

    What is your policy on putting alcohol in boxes?

    Blissfully Broke is not able to purchase alcohol, however, we are happy to incorporate alcohol if you provide it to us!  Please contact us for more information on this topic! 

     What if I need to order a large # of gift boxes?

    If you need to order 5 or more gift boxes, we ask that you email info@blissfully-broke.com to receive a custom shipping quote first! We want to make sure we are getting your boxes to you in the most efficient & timely manner so we will create a custom quote ASAP!
