11th Orchard Bitters are made by hand in Chicago with ingredients indigenous to Chicago. Inspired by the fragrances and tastes of nature, they wanted to bring these local flavors to Chicago cocktails. Each one of their featured ingredients can be found around the city.
- White Pine Bitters: Fresh, wild foraged pine needles married with notes of coffee, vanilla, and warm spices. Pairs well with: bourbon, whiskey, mezcal, vodka, coffee, creams, citrus drinks, vermouth, hot cocktails.
- Rosehip Bitters: Fruity and tart, with a mild bitterness and demulcency of burdock root which also adds a mild peppery flavor for a sublte spicey kick. Pairs well with: vodka, tequila, mezcal, campari, rum, sparkling wine, soda water, frozen drinks.
- Red Clover Bitters: Flowery and aromatic, paired with grassy and earthy notes of chamomile. Pairs well with: vodka, rum, gin, tequila, tea, soda water.
